M2ts requires a high end CPU and graphics card and I would say 4MB (*) memory minimum.
So, what are the specs of your PC (CPU, Graphics card, Memory, OS)?  (*) Edit: I -of course - meant 4 GB of (random access) memory and not 4MB; thx adicoto for pointing out this error to me.
