thanks for your reply adicoto, but the AC3Filter was already installed, and also the DivX 5.1.1.
The BsPlayer plays movies in avi and mpeg format, but no sound
Thesame movies and mp3 files can be opened by Winamp - with sound.
Win Media player always give thesame error code 0xC00D1199, with explanation that the file could be compressed by using a codec that is not supported by the Player
