You can check the option
Disable history (recent files) in General Settings.
BTW when you close BSplayer, a playlist with the last filenames is saved and reloaded when you restart BSplayer next time!!
If you don't want to relod those files next time you startup BSplayer, you have to remove the playied items from the playlist within BSplayer, or delete the file
bsplist.bsl located in the BSplayer folder after you close BSplayer!
