Under Windows ME the file is still created in BSplayer folder (since no user folder exists :P ), but it's not possible to replace the new channels with previous one since the format they are saved has changed. Open old channels list and the new one and you'll see that the format is different..
If I'll have time in next days I'll try to write a program to convert old lists to new format
