You THINK you have tried everything, or you HAVE?
Tried all the Video Rendering modes?
If you still have problems make sure to have installed at least DirectX 9 and use VMR9 rendering mode..
Plus you can write here which video card you have plugged in your pc, so maybe someone that do heve the same/similar video vard as your can help you to manage this task to work..
