I think they have not yet decided if provide Pro versions to translators (as in the past) or to continue like this... Or maybe they have already decided to not provide Pro releases to us, I don't know..
Regarding the registration info to insert in the homepage (I think) it's only for Skin uploads, not for Pro versions downloads.. :?
