Matimott pointed out one day that the bsi files must have exactly the same name on the two CDs
That solved the problem for me
cd1:
mymovie.bsi
mymovie-part1.avi
mymovie.srt
cd2:
mymovie.bsi
mymovie-part2.avi
mymovie.srt
