Go to codecmanager.exe, uninstall if it's local and then download and install it from:
Codecs.com :: Download Haali Matroska Splitter 1.11.288.0 : Haali Matroska Splitter is a DirectShow splitter
AVC / AAC support in ffdshow it's what I ment. Like in the pictures above.
