bspfilters.dat - Filename to long for SVCD (Iso9000)

Hi there: BSPLAYER is the best tool but there's some annoying point.
I figured out wich filter I need for every format and modified the bspfilters.dat for my needs.

When I want to create a SVCD the filesystem only accepts MSDOS-Filenames 8+3 .... so I can not use bspfilters.dat and my filters on svcd.
Can't the filename be changed to fit 8+3 format ?
