No, the skin can't be resized.
If you want a skin with larger texts and/or buttons, you can take a look at the skins download page: http://www.bsplayer.com/index.php?p=skins

If there you can't find what you want, you can create one by yourself (it's not so hard to do). Take a look at BSPeter's post "READ THIS FIRST BEFORE POSTING" at section (7) to know how to make your skin.
