Skinning the playlist window was not possible at the time this question was asked. Now it is possible from version 2.16. Quote from newspage ( http://bsplayer.com/en/bs.player/news/new/?article=17 ): Quote:

This feature will (probably) be implemented in BSP SkinMaker, but not in next release, probably it will take 2 of them before this will be possible with my utility. The project is still alive, but unfortunally the time I can spend into it is every day less than the previous day
