Skin equalizer, playlist and media library

Hi, how i do to make an skin for the equalizer, playlist and media library, i appreciate any help, thanks. :D :D :D

We are still working on skin with skinnable EQ, ML and PL and required documentation for it.
At the moment you can use default Base skin and modify it as you wish.
