Login to User area of bsplayer.com with this email and go to translators section. all files are there. Upload translation there and also here on the forum.
Use UTF-8 encoding.:teeth:

Hi, I want to update valencian translation, and if catalan is also out to date, I can manage it too.

I guess that I need to be into the proper group, so if you still need translators...
