BSplayer and OGM files I have the latest BSplayer 0.86 (493) and the latest ogg-vorbis filters (0.9.9.5) and i still have a problem to play those files. When i open my ogm file, it's working but when i click on PLAY button... i hardly see one little picture of my movie and it crashes. Any information about that ? Thx for your help |

I've had the same prob with the latest build as well. However OGM files should play with no problem in bsplayer IF they do not have subtitles muxed into them. That was a problem I found with the latest build. It will not correctly play the subs in the ogm and makes the program crash. I have found however that the "Nightly Build" build 494 does correctly play OGM files with softsubs. If you don't want to use that, all you have to do is go into the bsplayer options, turn off subs and use something else like vobsub to play the subtitles.

C'est normal. Il te faut les codecs pour le DirectShow Render. Car t'as ta piste Xvid et l'autre OMG il faut le filtre DS. Donc faut que tu installes les dernier drivers OggDS0995. :P

CStan, there might not exist any official forum rules here, yet, which make only sense with moderaters to defend 'em , but I seriously think that french is much less common than english here. Besides, your answer is confusing. As coucou555 wrote latest OggDS flter v0995 have been installed already. If he hadn't done so he wouldn't have seen a single picture of the movie! To be able to watch a movie encoded in MPEG4 like XVid or DivX that is contained in an OGM container format you also need properly installed MPEG4 codecs or ffdshow to decode them. Don't put container formats like OGM and AVI (and soon Matroska) in the same line with codec formats!
