I hava lots of file type video. (avi-mpg-mkv...etc)
no problem with all of them.

but I have a 9,60gb "filename.ts" file.

that opens automatically in bsplayer.
but only sound is ok.
there is no vision. only black screen.

what can I do?

BSPeter 11th April 2010 12:44 PM

Specs of your PC?
With that videofile loaded: what is shown under
(rightclick >) Options > Filters > Advanced?
(NB: Clicking in the [+]-signs reveals futher info and access to the filters/codecs shown)
PS:
Can you make and upload a small sample of it?
Can you play the sample in this post?

adicoto 11th April 2010 06:42 PM

Which is your OS ?
Probably a misfit between the splitter (Haali ? ) and the MPEG2 decoder.

Probably the combination Haali / Ulead doesn't work as it should. Do you have another MPEG2 decoder ?

like what?

edit: I m downloading the sample file written up. to try.

adicoto 12th April 2010 08:47 PM

Like Elecard, InterVideo, Cyberlink, ffdshow...known to work OK, with no problems.

bscini 12th April 2010 09:01 PM

I downloaded the .ts video (written up) sample.
there is no problem. but video on my harddisk problem occurs...

adicoto 13th April 2010 04:57 AM

The sample you dowloaded it's x264 not MPEG2.
Can you install another MPEG 2 decoder ?

bscini 13th April 2010 05:04 PM

I downloaded vlc player. for trying this video

I tried it with vlc player.
there is no problem.....
sound is good. video is good.

but I want to use bsplayer beause
vlc player show small waves in the movements of HD videos.

what can I do?

adicoto 13th April 2010 06:01 PM

VLC uses it's own filters to decode the file.
Install another MPEG2 decoder or blacklist Ulead's and hope BSPlayer will find another one installed on your machine (options -> preferences -> filter management-> blacklist / whitelist

bscini 13th April 2010 06:29 PM

---edit----
can not load because max 97kb of zip allowed...? what a big file :)

adicoto 13th April 2010 07:59 PM

Can't read. But under DirectShow filters you must have some Ulead MPEG2 decoder. LE: Ulead DVD video decoder

under directshow
I crop the lines starting with "ULEAD..."

which one/s I have add to blacklist? all ULEAD ?

bscini 13th April 2010 09:15 PM

I added these to blacklist.
the video came to visible.

but on the movements in video,
there are thin (very thin but visible) horizontal lines ....

I think Ulead is the best filter for video ?

is there any chance to fix that???

picture is blacklist

adicoto 14th April 2010 12:56 AM

OK, so BSPlayer found another MPEG2 decoder on your system. Probably ffdshow (can you confirm that ?) or Nero show time.

bscini 14th April 2010 03:19 PM

how can I learn what it found and uses now?

I have lots of video capture/ edit/ dvd movie making programs on my pc.

bscini 14th April 2010 04:40 PM

it is shown as :

bscini 15th April 2010 11:16 AM

what can I do?

if I remove ulead from blacklist can it be fixed?

or do I need to blacklist "gabest" to find another good filter ?

what you think? what is your advice?

adicoto 16th April 2010 02:04 AM

My advice still remains to install one of the above MPEG2 filters.
Whitelisting Ulead won't solve the problem.

bscini 17th April 2010 03:12 PM

how can I install these ?
can you give me a link?
because now bsplayer playing movied very bad condition

Please note the above!
If you wish to use Cyberlink here are some other websites from where K-lite can be downloaded:
Free-Codecs.com
codecguide.com
(You will find Cyberlink MPEG2 i.a. in standard version; no need for full or mega pack and don't forget: deselect anything not needed!)

bscini 18th April 2010 08:52 AM

ok.
I wanted to use cyberlink filter.

I downloaded klite basic pack.
while installing I cant see any "cyberlink" in the selections.
there is only ffdshow on "mpeg2,DVD" section.
I select only it.
after installation finished. I opened the problem .ts video.
bsplayer gives an error.
says.
"restart aplication
close aplication
show bug report"...... etc

I uninstall klite pack.
the video starts , but there is only sound again....

speedtrap 18th April 2010 10:53 PM

The Cyberlink filter is not included in the Basic version. You need Standard or higher.

BSPeter 19th April 2010 12:10 AM

:)
ok I will try STANDARD version .

edit:

tried STANDARD version.
installed ONLY cyberlink DVD , BUT again only sound played.

then installed Standard version with all codecs. only haali exp.
all videos shown. there is no problem yet.
thanks to everyone
