2.56 Bug adding subtitle boost audio ac3

When watching x264 ( mkv files) and adding a subtitle boosts my audio at least +10dB.
I use ac3filter as ac3 codec and Corecodec 2.0 w/ Cuda on video decoder for x264/h.264 .
