Glitch in overlay

I have a glitch in my Directshow overlay.
This effects Bsplay and all other directshow file players that I have on my computer.
its stationary, I beleive it occured after installing a Directshow Subtitle filter.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this? Its a couple of black streaks that are stationary on the screen when I move hte directshow window around.
Any ideas ?
