Direct VobSub: Part II

As it was discussed some time ago, BSPlayer has compatibility problems with VobSub 2.14.

But I'm using 2.14, newer version definitely has OCR bug preventing correct recognizing of some symbols/words in vobsubs (at least for me ;-) ).

I'm usually using text-based subs watching .avi's, but nevertheless DirectVobSub is forced loaded -- and BSPlayer crashes.

Maybe there is an option inside BSPlayer to disable force load of Direct VobSub?
