Sound out of sync

I recently d/l Polanski "The Pianist" but m having a sound sync problem. I m using K-Lite Codec Pack (recently one, full). GSPOT file is attached. Anyone could help ?

Edited: I forgot to mention...movies plays OK @MicroDVD
