Hello

I have a problem when i launch a video.
Unhandled exception at EIP: 04444E86....
module mmswitch.ax
It seems to be the same error than the one indicated in faq for version v85

Anibody has an idea ?

do what the faq suggests maybe

it's not a bsplayer issue, it's a mmswitch issue, thus what version of bsplayer you have doesn't matter.

maybe you don't know what mmswitch is and how to get rid of it ? (some codec packs and software install it silently)

to uninstall it:
search for a file named mmswitch.ax

do start->run
type:
