Plays in WMP, but not in BSPlay! Help!

Hi,

I have a Win XP Pro OS and lots of ram. I am able to play some XVid, Divx, avi, and mpeg movies in Windows Media Player. For some reason, BSPlay does not work with a majority of these files when I open them and gives an error report:

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? I have all codecs installed from the Kazaa Lite Codec Pack. Instead of using BSPlay included in the Codec Pack, I have also installed the latest version from this website. But to no avail, it still does not work. I need this to work because it can play subtitiles and is very compact and small unlike WMP! Please help!
