codec problem in resolution 1080 and above

Hi everybody, i got a problem. If resolution is above 1080 , picture is not a smooth. I know something is in codec setting , but I don t know where .Help. Thanks in advance.
PS. Where is cpu setting ?

Settings depend of the codecs used to decode the file.
By 1080 you refer to 1080p, 1080i or generally to image with 1920 pixels width ?
CPU setting ? Meaning the priority of BSPlayer thread in CPU usage ? If so, in preferences -> general tab, bottom center

Thanks , I got generally problem to image with 1920 pixels.
And I still can not find CPU setting

Rightclick -> options -> filters

LE: Some hardware specifications ? CPU ? RAM ? Video Card ?

With pover dvd, no such a problem.
I got , INTEL PENTIUM 4CPU 3Ghz 3.01Ghz
3GB RAM
ATI RADEON 4550
