It Doesn't Open!!! HELP!!!

Every time that I try to open BestPlayer It show the massege: "Can't acess temporary directory". If someone can help me I thank... PLEASE!!! :(

I have the exact same problem with bulid 496.
What's the reason for such a problem, is it because of my own hardware?

Uninstall BSPlayer with the uninstaller than install it again. Reset your computer between the uninstall and install in case you are not using WinXP.

Reinstalling doesn't help at all.......
I guess I would just wait for the new bulid and bear with other players for a while.

Mad at myself for not backing up my previous version of bsplayer !
It's certainly the best player I tried, nothing comes close.
