A bug with Russian SRT subtitles

BSPlayer in last versions doesn't show the Russian letter ? (it's situated in Russian keyboard on key "." or ">") and the letter, which situated after ?. For example:
Original: "ab?cd"
BSPlayer: "abd"
I hope that bug will be healed.
(Using codepage Windows-1251)
(I can't write in russian, this forum doesn't understand me, thats why i write ? instead the real letter)
