Seeking in mpeg2 files

I recently downloaded the two parter Finding Nemo SVCD and converted it to mpg format with VCDGearGUI, I then installed Elecard MPEG2 Decoder. However while I could seek in Mplayer2 and Zoom player, I was unable to seek in BSPlayer.
Whenever I moved the seek bar, or tried to jump to a specific time, it would jump to the start and play all over again.
Is it possible for this to be fixed; it would make BSPlayer perfect for me.

There is a beta2 version of elecard decoder that works fine with bsplayer.
