VMR-9 related

I really like VMR-9 OSD output which looks much better than common one with VMR-9 disabled. But it has some flaws:

when i invoke right click menu on video window, picture moves slightly down, nt too much, just few pixels, but it looks weird. It returns back, when menu closes.
subtitles are not available
HW color controls are not supported (they work in overlay mode)
there are some artifacts remaining after OSD (see attached screenshot)
