error!!! I can't communicate with developer

Hi! As you see I'm new here. I can't contact with developer via e-mail so...
I was trying to play file with overlay enabled & it says that overlay failed, because file was open with another player,but when I open it again without closing bsplayer & closing another player, it generates following error: (Attachement)
