bs player subtitle problem
 

Hi i have a problem with my subtitles , i really don't know how to explain it ; subtitle line is not centered as it should be . I attached some photos
Only first one is ok . What should i do ?

If it concerns a text-based subtitle (which can be opened and read in notepad or another text-editor like e.g. like e.g. srt) could you maybe attach the file to your post?
If it concerns a graphics based subtitle the "not fully centered formatting" could be in the graphics.

It doesn't look to me as graphic subtitles, so I assume this is a text one. The problem comes probably from inside the subtitle file which have some spaces inside the lines, something like:

1.
Toti spun ce cosmar este un divort.
Eu ma simt minunat.

2.
_Nu, a fost cel mai bun lucru
care mi s-a intamplat.

3.
Il pun in diferite pozitii si observ__
cum afecteaza structura osoasa.

I used _ to symbolise the extra spaces.
Please also specify the options in subtitles ( right click -> options -> preferences -> subtitles -> font size.
Optiuni -> preferinte -> subtitrare -> dimensiune font (al doilea TAB).

same movie , played in VLC media player displays the subtitle ok

Hey , i'm back with the same problem.But i got something new : the problem only happens when i play a mkv movie , that has got embedded subtitle.If i deactivate the embedded subtitle , download a new one , copy it near the movie and play , everything it's ok.With embedded subtitle , the lines are not ok.Can you guys help me ?:embarassed:

Pleas post here all settings you have in subtitles -> font dimension. Does the problem occurs if you have selected only "auto resize font if line is too long" ?

Spune-mi te rog ce setari ai la subtitrare -> dimensiune font. Daca bifezi doar redimensionare font daca linia este prea lunga, mai apare problema ?

Arial bold , 36 pe full screen , si cu optiunea auto resize osd & font automatically se face la 27 cand filmul are 2 bare dinalea negre.Problema apare indiferent care din cele 2 setari este bifata .
