Error In BSPLAYER

Im on Win98 SE and when I install and try to run Bsplayer (latest version, not an overnight build) It says bsplay.exe <Error While locating Dll Function>

Im unable to run BSplayer cause everytime i open it up i get this error popup! How do i fix this? I have installed the latest WMP just in case and reinstalled bsplayer and redownloaded it numerous times but still no go.
