Default Conflict Bsplayer/Winamp

I have Windows XP SP1, Winamp 2.91 and Bsplayer 0.86.499 running on my machine

Somehow there is a conflict because of the file associations... bsplayer sometimes registers file extensions for itsself when i do not instruct it to do! E.g. i mark every file extension for winamp, close winamp, open bsplayer, go to prefs, register avi, mpg, mpeg, asf, wmv and divx for bsplayer, close prefs, open prefs again and see .mp3 and .wav marked as well, in addition.

why is that???

thanks!

Default Me too!

I've got the same problem,
and was browsing this forum for this problem exactly.

It seems BSplayer is just very, VERY greedy with it's file associations! :)

But seriously, I'd love to see this fixed,
it's the only flaw (for me at least) in an otherwise perfect program.

Keep up the good work,
thanks,
Kiwi.
