Default [bug?] unable to delete video files "in use" [XP]

Hello everybody. I hope what i write has not been said earlier, if it is, sorry.

I think this is a bug. In windows XP, sometimes, (random) with .avi files stored on HD: i can't delete some video files, the OS says the file is in use. Any OS preview features are disabled, like the one in explorer windows with the tiny preview place. Residents programs were off, including antivirus software. sure i wasn't playing the video at the time.
Strangely, uninstalling BSPlayer solved the problem. could this be caused by a preview module of bsplayer ? I'm sure no other software was reading the video files.

This is not a BSPlayer bug, but a Windows XP bug.

It happens sometimes, I don't know the reason, but sure it's a Window's problem.

Boot in msdos mode and delete from there. Sometimes is the sole mode to solve the problem.

Windows XP can't boot in MS-DOS mode. But you can go to Start - Run, and type "CMD" (without quotes). A MS-DOS Window will open, and you can delete the AVI file here.

I think the problem is because the preview of Windows XP.

i know it looks like XP bug, but i really deactivated the XP preview features (as i said), sure i can go to dos (thanks old floppy, i'm still in FAT32 hehe) but it's not the best way, hehe.
I find strange that uninstalling bsplayer solves the problem. Anyway, i'll still use it.
