v501: some fixed bugs (not complete) ...and new ones

If not elsewhere written:

fixed
- in chapter viewer permutation navigation is now possible (1st chap-> last and vice versa)
- audio stream cycle is working again (ogm)

bugs
-mkv support with ogg audio is still worth a crash
-subtitle stream cycle is broken (ogm)
-2cd movie: a. player still falls back to first audio/sub streams on cd switch
b. on switch movie continues in windowed mode

Maybe this is useless, since BST is planning to release v1.0.
I expect him to have solved this..

Anyway, I'm glad he's still going on.

new bsplayer version is not compatible with new OggDS filter v0.9.9.6 found here: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=61578

Player closes immediately.

Another bug is, that disabling internal subtitle renderer for embedded .srt in ogm puttin' on checkbox use subtitle mixer... does not have any effect anymore. I use vsfilter from gabest as an alternative. But internal sub renderer seems to be used in any case.[/i]

Well, i don't expecting that what is not fixed into build, will be fixed into v1 ...
It's allways this way - bugs remain there.

So, i suggest pust bst a little to fix them first and then release the v1 :roll:
