VMR9 OSD

In #501, 16.09.2003 there still persist strange behavior of VMR9 OSD. For example, volume is shown ok only when te value is 1 or 3 digit number (1,2,4,8,100%), but it shows scratch (like in this picture I posted long time ago) when volume is in range 10-99%.
