bsrendv.dll what gives?

i have bs player and bsrendv.dll file arent missing and i htink i have all the codecs cause the files play but when they play the subtitles kick off ofter a few seconds and an error pops up saying "bsplayer has caused an error in bsrendv.dll bs player will now close etc" i can still watch the files untill i hit the close button on the error message. WTF and the subtitles go away what gives?????????
