Overlay Failed...... ??

On some AVI file when i search to open the file, appear for 3/4 seconds a warning message "OVERLAY FAILED"....

After deseaapared...and the video play without problem....in which way i can solve ?

On my system it is slow as hell after I got overlay failed but you can try to disable the "web view" in folders, it works for me anyway

Doesn't your video have some strange resolution. What is your graphic card ? I think I know that certain graphics card doesn't want to create overlay surface if it isn't a multiple of 16 or 32...
