Tactical Killer is an unknown quantity at this point

BSPlayer won"t work....HELP...

Can't get BSPlayer to work...When I click on Icon to start program a box comes up that says: "This program does not run on machines with active system debugger!" I click ok on the box and the player never appears...How can I shut off the debugger?????
