Subtitle Issue To All, I recently d/led a danish movie along with the idx file and .rar subs but can't get BSPlayer (v85 build 484.28) to display the english subtitles! My first questions is this: Why are there two idx files? That is, one directly furnished as a link and the other compressed within the .rar file? Why do I need an index file? What is it for? Do I replace one with the other?Which one do I use for english substitles? Second Question: I've followed the directions for loading the subs, i.e., BSplayer recommends putting the avi file and sub txt file in the the same directory. I've done this but every time I load the movie, the subtitle portion of the control panel says "no subtitles". It is only when I go into the options/language panel and set the language to english does then the subtitle message switch to 'yes' in the main control panel. However, when I play the movie, I stil only get the orginal audio without subtitles Can any one explain why I am unable to get the english subtitles to appear while playing the movie? |
