1.00 b803: MicroDVD subtitle file format problem

You solved a lot of significant problems of b800 (from my point of view).

I've got 1000+ subtitles in MicroDVD format...
Current relase of BSplayer does support italic {y:i}, bold {y:b} and colour {c:xxx} tags in this format - but only for default loaded subtitles (movie_name.sub). If you load the subtitles through "Ctrl+L", or select from "loaded" subtitles from the menu - this tags are not used anymore.

I would like to ask u, if it's possible to fix this problem in next build.
It's not critical, of course... Just in case u have nothing to do ;)
