I use a tiny program for autorun, which does not need any configuration whatsoever. Just add two files - autorun.exe and autorun.inf to the cd and the program will do the following:

1. If there's a BSI file on the cd and .bsi is associated with something, it will open the file.
2. If there's a BSL file on the cd and .bsl is associated with something, it will open the file. Otherwise will open directory (several episodes on cd).
3. If the above are not found, it'll open the first avi, divx, ogm... file that it can find. Simple.

By "open", I mean the same thing as double-clicking in explorer, more precisely choosing "Open" from the file menu.

So basically, if BSPlayer is not installed on the computer, it will still open up the avi in whatever player there is.

The proggy is attached, source included.
