Default error playing ogg file

Hi everyone
i looked for a solution in this forum, but i didn't find one that work.
so here is my problem.

got XP and BSplayer v 1.00.830

installed codec (audio and video)
-OggDS0996.exe
-mmswitch.exe (morgan multimedia stream switcher)
-ffdshow-20030523.exe
-ac3filter_0_70b.exe

the only file i can't open is a OGG type (i got 2 of them)
1)The ####.ogm file which is the main file contains: The #### movie, Japanese and English audio, and english subs.

more details:

Video.....: Divx 5
Bitrate...: unknown
Resolution: 604x336
Color.....: 24 bit
Source....: DVD

Audio.....: VBR Ogg Vorbis
Bitrate...: unknown
HZ........: unknown
Channels..: Stereo
Language..: Jap/Eng, you pick via OGM
Subtitles.: English

2)the movie with only one audio

when i open the files i've got a message error box "can't open file"

the file play sound with Media player 8 but no images
and the file won't play in latest version of zoom player wich is supposed to play this particular file properly (big bug, no sound, no image)

...

So i tried to uninstall and reinstall all codec on the computer... (surching in old dusty corners for old codec that might have been forgotten)
I reinstall them all (1 ffdshow-20030523.exe 2 ac3filter_0_70b.exe 3 OggDS0996.exe 4 mmswitch.exe) and now the files are playing but not proporly. I'vo got BSplayer error mess

for first file

and then by cliking continue, the file migth play with or without image and with or without sound...

I'm puzzled...

maybe some one can advise me for some other codec that migth be needed to read those files properly
