[ChaptersX] sections only accept one digit

In bsi (or ini) files, you may define multiple [Chapter] sections, but BSPlayer only seems to accept [Chapter1] to [Chapter9], it doesn't take numbers with two or more digits. This is very annoying if you want to put a serieus on DVD, where each episode is a different file. If you're allowed to define more than 9 CD's (one for each episode file), it should be possible to define more than 9 chapters also.
