Can't play Bsplayer 0.85 (directX version only) in WinME

Hello everyone!
I have a problem:
On my Win ME + DirectX 8.1 + Divx5.02....
I can not use the latest bsplayer version.
It starts and shows a message box "Bsplay provoco un error en KERNEL32.DLL. Bsplay se cerrar." on the same windows there is a two buttons, "Cerrar" and "Depurar".
I don't know whats to do, I try anything, i have re-installed Directx 8.1, 8.0, Video Voodoo Drivers, Sound Blaster Live Drivers, Divx 5.02, and so on.
The weird is that the 0.84 version (without DirectX support) works great. The games works fine.

I think is some problem with directx, because the version it works is without Directx support.

Someone can help me please?
This program is the only one that plays subtittle very good....
