minor bug with multiple audio streams (v1.00RC1 build 803)

First, a big thank you for your work on BSplayer, by far my favorite media player out there :)

I wanted to report a very small but probably easily fixed bug (well, design flaw would perhaps be more accurate) in the way BSPlayer handles multiple audio streams in avi files :
Whenever I open a file with multiple streams, change to the 2nd one and then open another file, the 2nd stream (non existant in the new file) stays selected... hence no sound (and no way to change it back) until BSPlayer is restarted.
