Default Video playing is really slow....
I don't know what to do.

When playing avi files in BSPlayer or RadLight, sound plays earlier than video, causing me to skip scenes back and forth to sync video and sound.

Please help me!!!

My computer is a AMD K6 II 500 MHz, 160 MB Ram, GeForce 2 MX400 64Mb

For your configuration maybe is good to try BSPlayer 0.86 and ffdshow.
