One mkv doesn't play

Hello! I just downloaded a mkv movie and opened it with BSPlayer free and it just doesn't play, it's just a black screen and the time is stoped at 00:00:00/2:14:37. It doesn't do anything if I play/pause/stop the movie, just the black screen. I can use my arrows to move some seconds forward and the images appear normally, even the subtitle but it just doesn't play. It works fine with other players like Movie and TV player from Windows 10.

By any chance, it's a TrueHD (HD-MA) file ?
I have same problems with such audio streams in MKV containers. I believe it's caused by connecting to LAV Splitter. Same problem with AV1 files, even if other players handle the file well with same splitter. Probably the problem will be solved by BSPlayer 3...when it will be released.

Daca da, si eu am avut astfel de probleme. Cred ca tine de conectarea BSPlayer la splitterul LAV filters. Caci nici AV1 nu functioneaza, desi celelalte playere stiu. Am pus o intrebare si mi s-a spus ca va merge in versiunea BSPlayer 3...care nu stiu cand o sa apara.

As for a possible solution, uninstall AC3 filter. Should work now.

Same here, mkv is trueHD.
