VobSubs don't show in bsplayer.ini mode

The movie filename is movie.avi, and i've created movie.idx and movie.sub with VobSub accordingly. The problem is that if i play the movie manually (starting BsPlayer, then opening the file) the subtitles show up, while if i play the movie automatically with the bsplayer.ini file they don't show up at all. dude can u tell me what versions of vobsub and bsplayer are u using?
i cant even make my subtitles work manually
