Error Message

Hi

Everytime I play some movies(divx the most part of time) with subtitles, i got an error...this error only happens once in the movies, but always happens in every movie...

(i'm from brazil)
it appears from nowhere the windows illegal operation window with this:

and then i click okay and another window shows up...with an application error of bsplayer...i got one screenshot on attachment...

now i got the last version of bsplyer...i updated because of this error but it still happen...what can i do?
