help: BSPLAYER 805 can't start

I very like BSPLAYER to player some AVI use AC3 sound. But now, after I upgrade to BSPLAYER805. it even can't start. either use EXE to install or use ZIP decompress. when run BSPLAY.EXE only can hear two times speaker ring sound, nothing happend. what wrong? I can't make sure is it effect by other software?
