BSP_GetFileName problem

Hello,

BSP_GetFileName
1) Sometimes returns extra characters after filename (as if trailing ascii 0 was not set)
2) My program calls it every second: when BSplayer loads a file, it sometimes crashes with
Access violation at address 004A7266 in module 'bsplay.exe'. Read of address 00000000
