constantly shut down problem

the softwere is constanly shutting down problem
during the movie
it's happen at version 809 several times
during a movie but now it's constantly happening in 810
i have a very strong and new computer
i just boght it several days ago
but this problem used to happen also i my old celeron 1000 computer
i have winxp pro full heb
can you please fix this bug
10x in advance.
